Here we explain the key features of the Whim experience, from downloading and installation to the Whim button to the Personal Profile.
To access the application on your device, you need to download it from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) and search for "Whim - travel smarter" (Fig. 1 and 2).

Setting up an account
After installing and opening the app, you need to input your phone number (Fig. 3) and wait for the verification code to be sent to your device via text message (Fig. 4).

Enter the verification code to the field provided (Fig. 4) and press blue arrow on the right hand side of the screen. You have now created your account and have access to the Whim application.
Next, in order to enjoy the full Whim experience, you must give Whim permission to access to your Location* and enable Notifications (Fig. 5).
*Note: Under Settings > Privacy > Location Services > Whim, one may select "While Using the App" or "Always".

Choose the country, that you will be Whim in (Fig. 6).
After this you can browse through the subscription plans and choose a plan that you want by tapping "Change" next to Plan. You can also go back to the country selection by tapping "Change" Location or to continue to the app just tap "Start using Whim" (Fig. 7).

We encourage you to also complete your User profile (Fig. 8) and provide valid Payment method (i.e., credit card) details (Fig. 9) in order to get the most out of Whim.

Navigating the Whim app
When you have completed the steps above, a short tutorial will be presented (Fig. 10 and 11).

Then, you will land on the Whim Home view (Fig. 12) where you can plan journeys, view ongoing trips (when no trips are active this states your current city), add favorite addresses, book a journey from a calendar entry (if you have allowed your calendar to be shared with Whim) and see booked rental cars.

Just to the right of the Home view button is the Tickets view button where you can see active public transit tickets and purchased taxi rides (Fig. 13).

At the center of the navigation bar is the “Whim button”. By tapping this you can immediately purchase a bus ticket, go to the Taxi view or to the car booking view (Fig. 14 and 15):

To the immediate right of the “Whim button” is the Garage view button, where you can manage your car bookings (Fig. 16).

Finally, we have the Profile view (Fig.17) where you can manage your subscription, see your recent past trips (1 month backward), redeem possible promo codes, edit your favorites, contact customer support, check your in-app value* and sign out.
*Note: Please notice that in-app value can be used for future payment of trips, such as public transportation, car rentals, and taxi.
