Should you experience an app crash:
- Kindly go to the App/Play Store to make sure you have the latest Whim version downloaded.
- If the issue continues, try to log out from Whim and log in again to Whim.
If the crashes continue, kindly contact us either through the HelpCenter or via the Customer care area from the Profile view in-app.
