Should you experience an app crash:
1. Check that you are running the latest version of the application.
2. Check that the settings on your phone respond to the system requirements of the application.
3. Try re-installing the application, if this does not help.
4. Try to log out from Whim, delete the application, restart your phone and reinstall the application.
If the crashes continue, kindly contact us either through the HelpCenter or via the Customer care area from the Profile view in-app.
