Depending on your mobile operating system, you may manage your Profile from within Whim app, as follows:
To update your personal details:
Click on edit profile.
You may change any of the details on this screen.
To finalize the changes enter your current payment method information again.
To save the information click the blue arrow at the bottom right.
To change your payment method, perform the above-mentioned actions and in the Payment method view, enter the new payment method information.
You may make changes to your profile in-app, however, these are only local to the device you are using.
Should you wish to make any actual changes to your profile, this will require intervention by our Customer Care team. Changes include the following:
- Changing your email address
- Changing your Postal code
- Changing your payment details
