Should you wish to discontinue your plan please do the following in-app:
- Migrate from your paid plan to our pay per ride service, Whim-to-Go or Pay-as-you-Go, depending on the market:
- Go to the profile page in the application, tap on “My plan”. On the next page tap on “Change”, this will take you to the plan selector where you can select our pay per ride service, confirm the change and then Subscribe.
- The cancelation will only take effect from the beginning of the next billing cycle and any unused days in the current billing cycle will not be refunded.
*NOTE: Please note that this will occur automatically in the event of a failed payment at the time of your subscription renewal. In order to use your subscription again, you will need to purchase it again.
