Our pay-per-ride service, is now available In the Turku area. With Pay per ride option, you can access Föli public transportation tickets, taxis from Menevä and Taksi Länsi-Suomi, TIER and VOI e-Scooters and rental cars from local Sixt and Hertz locations.

I am a Whim subscriber in Helsinki. Can I use Whim services in Turku?
If you are a subscriber in Helsinki, you may use Whim in the Pay-as-You-Go mode whenever required.
When will a monthly subscription plan be available in Turku?
At the moment, we do not have a monthly subscription available in Turku area. We kindly suggest you to keep an eye on our newsletter and our social media channels through which we will be informing our customers about additions to our service.
I want to delete my account and remove all my data. What should I do?
If you wish to remove your account and to delete all your data from our system, we kindly ask you to contact our customer care either through the Whim app or online.
How can I get receipts of services I have used?
You can find receipts of past trips by going to your Whim app Profile page, select My Trips, choose the trip you require a receipt for and press Send Receipt. This will send a receipt to the email registered against your Whim account. If you cannot see the email, please check your spam folder.
