You may manage your Profile from within the Whim app as shown below.
- Managing profile

- Setting a default payment method
- Deleting a payment method
- Deleting account
Go to profile view (Fig. 1) and click on 'Profile and Payments' (Fig. 2).

You can change your contact details in this view (Fig. 3).

Add payment method
If you need to update your payment method, select the 'Payment Method' (Fig. 3). You can update your payment method and add your payment card details here (Fig. 4). Click the blue arrow in the bottom right-hand corner to update your information.
*Note: When adding a payment method, a small cover reservation is made to the card. The cover reservation is made to test the validity of the payment method. The cover reservation will be refunded automatically.

Set a default payment method
- Go to your profile page (Fig. 1) and press Profile and Payments (Fig. 2)
- Press Payment method (Fig. 3)
- Press the card which you want to set as the default card
- Choose “Use this payment method for your plan”
Deleting a payment method
- Go to your profile page (Fig. 1) and press Profile and Payments (Fig. 2)
- Press Payment methods (Fig. 3)
- Press the card which you want to delete
- Press the deletion button
Deleting account
If you wish to have your account deleted, please contact customer care.
