In the Profile view, you can set up or edit your profile, check your current plan or available Whim plans and services, add travel credit or check your balance, contact customer care and sign out of the app. More detailed information is shown below:

Check the available Whim plans or services
If you do not have a Whim plan yet, you can check out available Whim plans or services in the profile view (Fig.1). You can get to the profile view by selecting the profile symbol at the top left corner of the home view.

Check my current plan
If you have a valid Whim plan, you can see the renewal date of your current plan in this view. You can also edit or change your current plan here by tapping the plan button via the profile page. (Pic.2) After you tap on the plan button, a plan details view will open up (Fig. 3).

Past trips and tickets
From this view, you will see all your past trips and you can also request receipts of past trips.

Add travel credit
If you have a promo code that gives you in-app travel credit, you may use it by tapping the Add travel credit button and entering your promo code.

Add or change favorite places
You can edit your favorite places by selecting 'Profile and Payments'

and then 'Favourite Places'. This view allows you to add and edit your Favourite Places and assign user-defined names to them. Read more on adding and editing Favourite Places here.

Sign out
By clicking “Sign out”, you will be logged off and the “Sign-up/Sign-in” view will appear.
