In this article we introduce you to some of the key features of Whim app.
You can see all available transport modes at one glance in the Home View (Fig. 1 and 2).
By selecting a transport mode (e.g public transport, bikes, eScooters, etc.) from the Home View you can choose from the available ticket and ride options of different providers. Select a ticket, book a taxi or rent a vehicle of your choice and confirm the purchase.
You can purchase public transport tickets from the Journey Planner by clicking the “Where to?” button. You can find more information here: Use the journey planner.
You can also get a public transport ticket by tapping the station pins on the map. This will open open up a detailed view with information about the station and the ability to purchase tickets. More about using public transport with Whim can be found here.

Active Tickets View
In the Active Tickets View you can see your active public transport tickets, taxi bookings, rental cars and micro mobility bookings. Tap the ticket or booking to open up a detailed view.

In the Profile View (Fig. 5), you can set up or edit your profile, check your current subscription or available Whim season tickets, serial tickets and bundles, add travel credit or check your balance, contact customer care and sign out of the app. You can access the Profile View by tapping the Profile symbol at the top left corner of the Home View.
