You can pay for a Whim Urban 30 plan with the ePassi commuter benefit since the commuter benefit covers public transportation and city bikes. For taxis and car rentals you must use a separate payment method. Not to worry, though - you can easily switch between payment methods on your Whim account.
You can purchase multiple periods, but please notice that the price must be exact, for example one period is 62,70€ (30-day ticket AB zone). You must use the commuter benefit during the year 2021. Did you know that the commuter benefit is tax-free until 300€ and between 750€-3400€?
The ePassi benefit lets you pay for a full 30-day period of the Whim Urban 30 plans:
- HSL AB and BC zones, 62,70€ /30d,
- HSL CD zone 80,60€ /30d,
- HSL ABC, and BCD zones, 99,70 € /30d,
- HSL ABCD zone 142,70€ /30d.
*Note: HSL ticket prices will change 14.1.2021 - Whim Urban 30 prices are the same as HSL's tickets in the 2021.
How to use ePassi with Whim:
- Open the ePassi app, select Whim, and pay with ePassi before 17.1.2021. You can purchase one or more Whim Urban 30 periods with the same ticket type, depending on your ePassi balance.
- Install the Whim App and remember to add valid payment details. Make sure you have the same phone number and email address on Whim as you have in ePassi.
- Your order will be processed by 24.1.2021, after which you are able to activate your Whim Urban 30 plan yourself in the Whim app.
When the benefit period is over Whim will automatically switch to a monthly subscription. This subscription will be billed, to the payment card in the app, at the current monthly rates.
If you do not want your subscription to automatically renew, you must discontinue your subscription prior to its renewal. More information about discontinuing your plan can be found here.

After the purchase is made in ePassi, your order will be processed by 24.1.2021. After 24.1.2021, please activate your Whim Urban 30 plan in the app and you will be able to see the activated ticket after the activation. Please go to profile page and Press “Find a Whim Plan” and select Whim Urban 30.
Why did I directly get charged from my credit for the Whim Urban 30 even though I paid through ePassi already?
After the purchase is made in ePassi, your order will be processed by 24.1.2021.
As a new user, if you update your subscription to Whim Urban 30 before 24.1.2021, kindly note that the subscription fee will still be charged from the payment method, which is added to the app.
As a Whim Urban 30 user, if your subscription renews before 24.1.2021, the renewal fee will be charged still from the payment method, which is added to the app. If your subscription renews after 24.1.2021, the renewal fee will be paid with your ePassi order.
Can I purchase several months of Whim Urban 30 subscription in ePassi?
